- The length of each bar above represents the number of bills to have passed through each step.
A dark tip on the right indicates the number of bills for which that step is the last action taken.
The trailing numbers indicate this information numerically. the larger number being the
total number to have achieved that state with the smaller number being the number currently
remaining in that state. If a single number is shown, then that number is the total number.
Note that in some cases a bill may backtrack to a prior state if it is amended. Click
